It is incontrovertible to everybody that enough patience has been set aside by us. Now it is impossible to continue. Because, till to the date of 12th April, as the verdict has not been given by the Honb’le High Court of Kerala, it is quite conspicuous that some conspiracy is going on. Friends, everybody knows that no further date was issued or given by the division bench of the Honb’le High Court of Kerala after the hearing of 25th March. So, it is quite obvious that the hearing is over there. In spite of that why the case was not declared as disposed, why the verdict was not issued till to the date of 12th April and why the judgment has been reserved? Besides, in case of Nagpur, Honb’le High Court of Bombay (Nagpur bench) is giving time for nothing and repeatedly to UGC.
Again, when it was noticeably proved in the single bench of different High Court like Kerala, Bombay (Nagpur bench), Madras, Karnataka (Bangalore bench), that both the two decisions of unkind UGC, i.e., extension of the cut-off marks (to 65%, 60% & 55% in aggregate for General, OBC & SC/ST, accordingly) and publication of supplementary result, were arbitrary and unjust, then why the division bench of the Honb’le High Court of Kerala is delaying to give its order? It is rather suspicious and alarming.
Friends, expeditious order is very needful to us because, in the various states the advertisement for Assistant lecturer has already been published, and without this order we will be unable to appear in the interview. It should be considered by the Honb’le High Court of Kerala and Honb’le High Court of Bombay (Nagpur bench) that without those orders none will be able to take part in the interview which causes a great loss of thousands of aspirants like us. Are the Honb’le High Court of Kerala and Honb’le High Court of Bombay (Nagpur bench) ignorant about this damage?
So, friends, we should not spoil the valuable time. As the movement was started first by you, therefore, we from West Bengal request to the victims and petitioners of Kerala, Delhi & Nagpur that please go to the media and draw their attention that how we are being victimized. Again we would like to make the same request to ORGANISATION OF THE UGC NET JUNE 2012 VICTIMS. From West Bengal, we also are trying to do the same.
Friends, we should keep it in our mind that, in a democratic country only three institutions which can help us to rescue our rights, are: judiciary, civil society & mass media. We have already appealed to the judiciary. Now we have to knock the door of mass media. We have to draw the attention of the people of entire country that how the UGC is victimizing us. Friends, we have no other alternative options. We have to do this for our own as well as our collective interest. Friends, please do it now. Please……………………
And, please remark if you have any proposal.
